Job Posting 상세목록 업무내용 Working closely with PR Manager, develop, plan and execute a long-term marketing & communicaiton strategy ensuring alignment with International guidelines to engage target audience
1) Celebrity
– In charge of searching new talent – Gen Z celebrity or K-pop stars
– Manage +3 ambassadors’ strong activation – fashion show attendance, key fashion cover shooting, airport fashion, dressing proposal for movie and drama premieres, etc.
– Manage celebrity logistics for major fashion show – Milano, Paris, Negotiate the usage fee for mass blast, celebrity staffs fee management
– Seeding for celebrity – key seasonal gifting and seeding for celebrities
– Organize gift for special occasion for celebrity – birthday, movie shooting, celebration for anniversary , Christmas, New year, Mid Autumn festival , concert etc.
2) Influencer, KOL and Stylist
– Map out key influencer list for every seasonal collection or marketing initiative
– Keep good relationship with influencer and socialite to create added value
– Strong influencer seeding action for key bag and seasonal launch
– Competitor celebrity and influencer analysis and benchmark
3) Press & Magazine Partners
– Maintain and develop strong press contacts with national, mainstream, niche and online titles, and within the fashion industry
– Secure and increase visibility of Brand vs. competition to ensure targets are met on DMR and Group Media
4) Others
– Daily agenecy/press/stylist communication
– Support PR Manager with the planning, organisation and execution of press trips and events
– Compile monthly evaluation and analysis reports, extracting figures from DMR and Group databases
– Oversee the ordering of pre-series, catalogue stock and corporate materials for press
– Support finance work such as PO / Payment / Seeding
요구사항 – 7~10 years of strong brand or celebrity management experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Great inter-personal skill with a proactive attitude, stress-resilient and able to work in team in a dynamic and changing environment
– Proactive attitude and mindset
– Flexible and positive mindset
– Appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industry
– Fluent in English
– Mastering PPT and Excel
– Stress-resilient and flexible in a dynamic and changing environment
– Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
