We’re a team of expert engineers responsible for the development of all test cases and test tools to ensure the functionality and compatibility of our products. We’re involved in the whole testing process from preparing test and diagnostic programs to recommending changes in testing equipment procedures and designing new testing equipment.

What you’ll achieve
The Engineering Rotation Program provides you a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer you the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring our products to market. Built into the program are key opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career progression.
As a Test Engineer, you will develop and document test plans for newly developed or current hardware and solutions products. You will partner with a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership. You will also create test plans that include resource requirements based on inputs from Development and Marketing. Finally, you will work with external validation partners to develop comprehensive test plans and test coverage across multiple test organizations.
You will:
- Focuses on validation activities in Develop, Launch, and Sustain phases of client products and peripheral devices. Creates test plans for hardware products and solutions that include scope, strategy, resources, environments, risk etc. based on inputs from the development engineers
- Oversees the execution and reports the validation results on new hardware products and solutions. Drive cross-functional engagement to ensure the validation deliverables and meet business goals
- Drive new test process and methodologies from an end-to-end test perspective to reduce test time and increase test coverage. Develop significant new test methods and tools for testing of new hardware and solutions products
- Work with designers and technologists to develop automation and test tools for future technologies
- Identify and develop strategic test partnerships with ODMs and suppliers

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and expect to graduate between 2023 February to 2024 December
Basic understanding of hardware and software system architecture and interactions and apply it to resolve issues
Proficient in reading and understanding technical data sheets
In-depth knowledge of Windows (Win10 & Win11) operating systems
Demonstrated knowledge of PC Architecture and Industry awareness including knowledge in the following technologies: graphics, networking, system Performance
Desirable Requirements
- Enthusiastic about learning new tools, languages and operating systems
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup and capability to influence others to achieve results
