Position : Accountant (Mandarin Speaker)
Company Industry : Energy Infrastructure
Working Hours : Monday – Friday (8.30AM – 5.30PM)
Working Location : Remote Work
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Basic salary RM3,000- RM5,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution+ leave entitlement
WHO CAN APPLY?
- University graduate with major in finance or accounting
- Can consider fresh graduate with internship/graduate trainee experience
- Work experience is preferable and multi-national companies experience is a plus.
- AP/AR subledger experience is preferable and SAP experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and speaking.
- Excellent communication skills, good team player
- Self-motivated, could work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
- Able to start in short notice
- Open only for Malaysian
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Bank statement sharing and perform general accounting for Cash application and Bank Reconciliation.
- Responsible for Invoice booking of Account payable and Account receivable and the communication with the related stakeholders.
- Preparation on the balance and aging review of the subledger accounts.
- Drive the compliance of the work under own scope following internal control guidance and perform the booking in high quality and accuracy.
- Assist accounting manager / Controller for other reporting preparation & submission in a timely and accurately manner, complete account reconciliation & other ad hoc requests.
- Assist business controller for all financial audits; include both internal & external.
