Job description: KTI Talent Indicator, an AI-powered talent discovery software platform, seeks a dynamic Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Team Lead to join our team in Ho Chi Minh.Sector: Defense and EngineeringKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor invoice processing, payments, and resolution procedures for Group entities, ensuring accurate monthly AP reports.
- Manage, guide, and supervise a team of at least 9 staff members to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Establish goals, targets, and KPIs, monitoring team performance for continuous improvement.
- Review AP reports and resolve aged items, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Work with the house banker to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Collaborate with the IT Support team on system enhancements and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent, CA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable managerial experience in a shared services environment.
- Proficiency in SAP / Kofax / OCR system, host-to-host payment processes, and Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders.
- Prior experience in PTP roles with Singapore companies or MNCs operating in Vietnam preferred.
