Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing or related disciplines
- 15 years’ experience in senior managerial role in relevant business nature
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills to drive business growth and provide strategic insights
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization and project management skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Job Descriptions:
- To strategically identify opportunities to achieve targeted occupancy and revenue
- To build, develop and maintain professional relationship with clients and external partners
- To oversee on-site daily operations and deliver top-notch customer service and experience
- To develop and train staff members on the best practices and ensure that company guidelines and best practices are adhered to
- To review financial results and make recommendation for improving revenue and reducing costs
