Role Introduction
Reports to: Distribution Manager – Payment, Partnership and Revenue Integrity
The job holder will lead SND payment team to provide functional support, driving the delivery and support payment related application.
Responsible for providing operation support and act as subject expert for project or initiatives. Become the product owner of Payment Agile release train to fulfil payment strategy and manage the development of payment application
Key Responsibilities
Payment Operation support
- Responsible for incident investigation and follow up with IT to ensure a proper fix is in place and communicate to stakeholder accordingly
- Communicate and provide training / guidance to stakeholder for new functionalities.
- Day to day operational support on payment related issues
- Working with stakeholder to drive process change and streamline work process
Product owner of Payment Agile release Train
- Act as platform expert for payment related application to drive new initiatives for system enhancement
- Thorough understanding of the platform capabilities / limitation and propose solutions to business.
- Engage different stakeholders to understand and define business requirements.
- Work with IT on user requirement including acceptance criteria and test cases
- Conduct UAT including raising defects and following up with developer to ensure defects are fixed and provide business support during cutover
- Communicate and provide training / guidance to stakeholder for new functionalities
Requirements
- Degree or above in Information Technology, Finance, Business or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline, travel or payment industry is preferred
- Strong understanding in CX payment touchpoints (e.g. Internet booking engine, Mobile, Call center) will be an advantage
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A highly motivated and innovative team player with excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational and problem-solving skill
