Key responsibilities and job tasks:
- Conduct in-depth operational and business analysis to identify opportunities of streamline and optimal resources with couples of actionable/concrete options for management’ decision.
- Collaborate with commercial team to align customer insights with commercial strategy, ensuring objective metrics tracked for evaluation.
- Excellent analytical skill coupled with business acumen to collaborate with commercial team identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and strengthen governance of control to secure sustainable business model.
- Manage cross-functional ad-hoc projects with comprehensive communication to drive changes.
- Design and implement strategies to efficiently manage the day-to-day customer services operations.
- Refine and monitor the performance metrics related to areas identified for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Minimum knowledge required to fulfill job responsibilities:
- Bachelor degree above with Finance or Accounting related discipline
- 3-5 years solid financial analysis experience
- 3-5 years CPA firms working experience or pharmaceutical/ FMCG industry is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English (TOEIC>=700)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar BI visualization tools is a plus.
- A team player with good interpersonal skill
- Good communication skills.
- Self-initiated and flexible; works well under pressure of multiple / concurrent and tight deadlines
