We are supporting our client who has an extensive year of experience in the Automotive industryJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update, deploy and maintain System Business Deployment Package
- Contracts
- Cost
- Change management planning
- Project planning until Go live
- Organization, resources & budget requirement
- Point of sales roll-out planning
- Full training guide content and local deployment guidelines
- Deliver country business user training
- Contribute country gap fit analysis
- Support country System deployment
- Participate in the steering and managing the performance of the supplier
- Monitor System deployment at country level
- System usage dashboard and audit method
- System deployment roadmap
- Participate to the M Group Evolution Council with definition of new solutions and modules to be deployed (e.g. Dashboard, Marketing automation, Tablets…)
TRANSFORMATION PROJECT
- Analyse the impact on the business, including the stakeholders, policies and processes, of any digital technology project or initiative.
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a plan/ tactic to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness for the change
- Manage stakeholders expectations
- Track and report issues during execution
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English
- Digital transformation experience
- Understanding of products/service & LifeCycle Management
- Consumer Experience
