About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop templates / dashboards, compile and organize data and inputs from regional markets
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends and variances and provide accurate and insightful analysis to drive business growth
- Support budgeting, forecasting and preparation of monthly dashboards and ad-hoc management MIS
- Collaborate with stakeholders across countries and different departments to gather required info and data
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 years’ experience working with data
- Advanced proficiency in MS excel
- Strong analytical skills and able to summarize data in clear and concise manner
- Meticulous
- Independent
