What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a financial brokerage firm
- Residential & Commercial report writing skills.
- Financial analysis (individuals and commercial) skills.
- Mortgage Broking and Loans experience.
- Strong loan processing skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience using CRM platforms such as MyCRM, ApplyOnline, LoanApp, and Simpology
- Hold a Certificate IV and/or Diploma in finance/mortgage brokering.
What will you do?
- Liaise and maintain relationships with external organizations and service providers such as lenders, valuers, and accountants etc.
- Stay updated with product and policy knowledge for all accredited lenders and maintain a regular training schedule.
- Be available for client and lender interviews alongside the Broker when necessary.
- Be prepared to provide positive training to both new and existing staff members, as and when needed.
- Be available to step into other roles in the office to assist with busy periods/leave etc.
