Main Responsibilities
- Act as a Business Analyst with domain knowledge in Personal Lending or Commercial Lending as well as Trade Finance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyse the business requirements, formulate User Requirements documents and drive the solution.
- Work with IT Development Centres/ third party service providers to ensure the requirements are well communicated with solutions provided to meet the business objectives.
- Collaborate with various project stakeholders, including Project Manager, Business stakeholders, IT Development Centres/ third party service providers, etc. to support the timely project delivery according to the agreed scope with quality.
- Perform market analysis in terms of products and process, to identify competitive advantage and improvement area(s). Forecast the development trend of personal lending products. Make recommendation to Management and Business units.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst or similar roles in banking or financial industry
- Strong knowledge of Personal Lending products or Commercial Lending as well as Trade Finance, processes and systems & regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Candidates will less experience will be considered for Business Analyst
- Experience on Agile development methodology will be an advantage
