Principal responsibilities
- Support initiatives planning, including resource budgeting, allocation and project prioritization
- Provide PMO support to monitor, manage and govern the transformation programmes/initiatives
- Participate in the project planning, testing and implementation of project launch
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, operations, IT, audit, legal and compliance to ensure effective project governance and communication
- Proactively manage all the potential risks on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required
- Prepare management presentation for local, regional and global stakeholders
Requirements
- University graduate with at least 3-year experience in project management and business analysis experience, preferably with knowledge in in financial institutions or data analytics
- Previous experience in managing CRM platform / digital projects and collaboration with IT, vendors and project counterparts in India/Mainland China is a plus
- Ability to overcome challenges, create innovative solutions and work in an agile environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others
- Proficiency in both English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
