Job description: As the Business Developmer Manager, you will be the first point of contact to corporate prospect clients. Your skillset in communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving are crucial to be succesful in this position and drive businnes growth for the company.
- New Client Acquisition:
- Identify and prospect new clients within the footwear industry to expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, discounts, volumes and payment terms.
- Sales and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations.
- Present and demonstrate our range of foam, highlighting their unique features and benefits to corporate clients.
- Follow up with clients about brand consumption, specifications, technical requirements, development, new opportunities and provide customized solutions.
- Final product check and validation, ensuring final product meets the specifications.
- Collaboration with Team:
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager to support and strengthen relationships with existing key clients.
- Coordinate efforts to maximize cross-selling opportunities and expand product offerings within key accounts.
- Coordinate with R&D team in develop product and production.
- Samples coordination.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new market segments and geographic regions for potential business growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to recommend product enhancements and adjustments.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM: claims, delays, quality problems, incidents to solve, etc.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market analysis for management review.
Take ownership of BD department in Vietnam|Working directly with Regional Business Development Director
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business area.
- More than 5 years proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the footwear or related industry.
- Strong understanding of foam and materials used in footwear manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
