JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore and develop new B2B business opportunities and build his/her own pipeline & new prospects so as to drive for customer satisfaction and profit growth
- Manage assigned customer accounts, nurture relationship with existing B2B customers for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering new business
- Continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered with support of Technical Team & know how to extract the date & make it a presentable set of information to clients
- Achieve monthly sales target by capitalizing the market trends, identifying competitor activities & industry development, and formulating sales planning and strategies through sales analysis
- Ensure quality service by frequent visits and interacting with customers by calls so as to understand and fulfill customers’ feedback
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree holder in business administration/ computer science/ Construction Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B experience in which from sales track record of networks from AECO, Construction or IT company is preferrable
- With proven experience in pre-sales/ sales within AECO or IT solution channel is an advantage
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Energetic, open-minded and passionate to new technologies
- Proficient in verbal and written skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Excellent skills in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
