Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in KSA. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Clients/System Integrators/Partners.
– Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners.
– Increase brand awareness and drive sales through strategic initiatives.
– Identify and develop vertical markets and key accounts, including government, health, education, transportation, retail, and hospitality sectors.
– Collaborate with consultants to drive business development for ongoing and future projects.
– Provide technical advice and support to clients and partners.
– Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the delivery of effective security solutions.
– Tailor and conduct presentations to clients and partners, showcasing the benefits of our security solutions.
– Develop and negotiate contracts, closing business deals in collaboration with the legal team.
– Implement the sales and marketing plan to meet business objectives.
– Drive initiatives to enhance market penetration and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales-driven position within the security industry.
– Familiarity with the Saudi market is essential.
– Engineering background with a strong understanding of security solutions.
– Solid network with key customers in the security industry.
– Strong sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals.
– Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
