- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company’s direction
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Engage and schedule business meetings with potential customers
- Promote the company’s products and services
- Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business development/sales roles within the private label business in the consumer electronics industry, specifically with customers from non-EU regions
- Demonstrated track record of customer development, management, and demand generation
- Strong knowledge in mobility (mobile phone-related), audio/video cables, or networking products is a plus
- Familiarity with product compliance requirements in target markets
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Ability to interact professionally with potential customers and identify business opportunities
- Proven ability to convert and capitalize on business opportunities, driving sustainable growth
- Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with other team members when necessary
