Our client, An US Company is providing new textile technology for textile industry, is looking for Business Development Manager in HCM who will support them in expanding Vietnam market & support regions; especially footwear.
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of textiles
- Networking and New Business Development: Utilize your established network within mills across Vietnam and SouthEast Asia.
- Lead Conversion: Leverage your ability to efficiently convert leads and contacts into the achievement of revenue targets
- Brand Representation: Represent our brand at industry events, symposiums, and trade fairs.
- Sales and Product Demonstration: Showcase our technology portfolio through hands-on product demos, underlining the quality and technical benefits.
- Competitor Monitoring: Keep a keen eye on competitors, ensuring our offerings and strategies consistently surpass them in terms of product quality and sales approach.
- Communication: Deliver exceptional written and verbal communication, complemented by compelling presentation skills.
- Regional Travel: Exhibit willingness to travel extensively, especially within the SouthEast Asia region, to meet potential clients and partners.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the textile industry (footwear emphasis), particularly in Brand and Mill sales, with direct selling into Mills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages, notably Mandarin, Korean or Japanese, is a significant advantage.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or a closely related discipline. Masters or further education is highly desirable.
