Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
To has a clear understanding of the Bank’s RBWM strategy and work closely with branches, call centre and other departments to achieve the overall profitability target and business objectives.
The job holder needs to assist Senior CDM to aggressively increase the Bank’s market share under a highly restrictive and competitive environment. Meanwhile strictly compliant with all external laws/regulations and internal control guidelines/standards. A good understanding of the financial needs/attitudes of target customer segments, in conjunction with creativity, is a critical factor to ensure success.
The job holder needs to explore the third party partnership and develop sales activities to acquire potential customers under a highly competitive market. A good understanding of the bank’s service and products, target customers’ financial needs/attitudes, in conjunction with creativity, is a critical factor to ensure success.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Proven ability in mobile sales / channel developing and maintaining
Current product/market knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Managerial experience
At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role of sales function
Excellent interpersonal, leadship and motivation skills
Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills
Result driven and able to work under pressure
Good spoken and written English
