Job description: Compliant with the Laws, Regulations, Policies and etc. of the country, province and city where the company is located.
o Compliant with JNJ EHS policies, procedures and regulations.
o Compliant with China GMP , ISO13485 , 21CFR820 and other relative regulations.
o Ensure meet all the roles and responsibilities listed in the
o Complaint with Quality Procedures.
o Complete all the trainings on time.
o Lead and execute JJPS, Lean, Kaizen or other CI initiatives to get business results.
o Promote continuous improvement through Wisdom tree program
o Identify CIP opportunities to support to meet site CIP target; facilitating the CIP regular meetings and continuously develop the project pipeline.
o Provide coach and support to the continuous improvement and problem solving initiatives as Lean SME.
o Deliver Lean/ Six Sigma/ Project management trainings
o Support/Lead global Business Excellence program deployment to site
o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
o Performs other duties assigned as neededo Leadership and strategic thinking
o SME for Lean and 6 sigma;
o SME for JJPS/JJOS
o Strong Communication Skill
o Problems solving skills
o Fami liar to NMPA, GMP , ISO and etc.
o Good knowledge about office tools
o Good business acumen. Understand cost composition.
o Good at English
