業務内容
- Develop comprehensive datasets: identify critical datasets for business analytics and work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain comprehensive and easy-to-use datasets for your assigned therapeutic or functional areas.
- Internal dataset examples: sales performance, field activity KPIs, ROI on commercial events
- External dataset examples: treatment patterns/epidemiology, customer profiles/segmentations, competitive intelligence
- Run analytics: Analyze varieties of internal and external datasets through close cooperation with business functions (i.e., Medical, Marketing, Sales) to provide business insights and actionable recommendations for your assigned therapeutic or functional areas.
- Design market research: develop and validate business hypothesis by designing and executing periodical market research for key products in collaboration with external market research agencies for your assigned therapeutic or functional areas.
応募条件
- Minimum of University Degree. MBA or data analytics degree a plus
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in with minimum of 3 years in the healthcare industry
- Good analytical skills with ability to understand business requirements on your assigned therapeutic or functional areas
- Experienced in multichannel CRM customer engagement models in pharmaceutical industry.
- Versed in the pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations and its applicability to business analytics.
- Able to develop strong relationships with complex customer groups/stakeholders and leverage internal and external resources and expertise to understand business strategy, future direction, changes and needs and opportunities to deliver value adding solutions.
- Fluent both in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
