Job description: Description LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES Position : Customer Support/Customer Service Representative role Working Hours : M-F, 8 am to 4 am PST (11 pm to 7 am Manila Time) (Flexible) Salary range : USD 800 – USD 1200 About The Role As an Customer Support/Customer Service Representative role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks such as handling some in bound customer service calls, providing outbound business development calls, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing paperwork, and maintaining databases. The ideal candidate is hungry for knowledge and is willing to grow. Responsibilities Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target organizations. Conduct effective cold and warm outreach to present our plumbing services and solutions. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, property owners, and business executives. Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market insights and potential business opportunities. Requirements Must have 1 year of relevant experience or the same role (Previous experience in BDR or sales) Experience doing inbound and outbound calls Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Great Verbal Communication Proficiency in Google Suite and Hubspot Bonus Experience working in startups or trade businesses Bonus if familiar with Zoom info and/or Service Titan
