About the team
TikTok’s Global Business Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.
Client Partner – Growth is responsible for successfully executing a media sales role by delivering and selling our advertising products and solutions to our Middle Market clients across the finance, travel, government, mobile apps and other industries. Ideal candidate will establish and strengthen key client relationships with the team leader to focus on driving revenue, thought leadership, and advertiser business impact, by possessing an expert understanding of digital platform media sales, ad metrics, operations and eco-system. They will be the advocate for the category and will work with our product and cross-functional teams to find digital media solutions for our key clients. This position requires working with various stakeholders across the organization, both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage professional client relationships in order to drive deals to closure and retain/grow revenue from advertisers
2. Lead data-driven presentations and persuasive sales proposals that are optimized for clients’ business objectives
3. Analyze data, ad metrics and glean insights to execute the client strategy and marketing solutions
4. Plan and execute cold calls, cold mails, TikTok’s advertisement product training and seminars to discover new clients
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to manage and lead client’s advertising campaigns to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
6. Analyze campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimized media solutions
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience with focus on handling Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) in digital marketing and the internet industry;
3. Experiences in working with cross-functional teams;
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertisement ecosystem and developing trends;
5. Strong network in Korean middle market clients and agencies, with solid experiences of working with B level manager of clients;
6. Fluent in English and Korean communication skills;
7. Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.
