- Upskill Associates in research, commercial acumen, sales, and time management through custom recruitment projects
- Provide project management and mentoring opportunities to develop well-rounded, promotion-ready Associates
- Understand client knowledge gaps, conduct research to identify the most relevant industry experts
- Regularly engage and validate experts’ capabilities to address specific client needs
- Think critically, research thoroughly to find the best-fit experts for each client project
- Protect client interests and safeguard their data throughout collaborations
Exposure to Expert Network Service at managerial level|Great opportunity at a Fast-Growing Multinational Information Services Company
- 2+ years of experience in the information services industry, preferably in a managerial/leadership role
- Proven skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication
- Client-centric mindset, committed to exceeding client expectations and delivering value
- Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, Filipino) is highly desirable
