What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Financial Brokering firm, with a strong focus on Mortgage Settlement.
- Exhibits a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Displays excellent customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
Nice to Have:
- PLAN Australia CRM Experience (Podium/ Apply Online)
- Cert IV & or Diploma in finance/mortgage brokering.
What will you do?
- Liaise and maintain relationships with external organizations and service providers such as lenders, conveyancers, referrers etc.
- Stay updated on product and policy knowledge for all accredited lenders and maintain a consistent training schedule.
- Be available for client and lender interviews with the Broker as needed.
- Provide positive training to both new and existing staff members when necessary.
- Be willing to assist with workload during busy periods, staff leave, and other office needs.
