To cope with our rapid business expansion of X Wallet eXpress automated personal loan service and other financial services, we are now seeking for a high-caliber professional to take up this challenging role.
Hero Product – X Wallet
X Wallet breaks the traditional way of lending using Machine Learning and data analysis to deliver an automated loan approval result in 15 seconds. Users will only need open X Wallet mobile app to verify their identity with the HKID card and enter general personal information to get the loan approval result, the fund will be transferred through FPS instantly to the bank account after the loan contract is confirmed, the whole process will be within minutes.
If you enjoy:
- Manage and coordinate the team’s daily work, lead the team to achieve performance goals, and be responsible for the department’s performance.
- Evaluate the execution of collection work through effective management practices, regularly audit the progress of team members’ work, and make timely adjustments to collection strategies and timelines.
- Utilize different collection performance management approaches for collectors with different personalities and performance levels, maintaining high efficiency and competitiveness within the team.
- Monitor Collection agency performance.
- Achieve annual collection targets and be responsible for collection rates.
If you are:
- Associate degree or above;
- Familiarity with relevant laws related to collection business;
- Experience in managing collection projects for credit loans or offline loans and with excellent negotiation and communication skills and agile thinking;
- Honest, trustworthy, strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle pressure, and a team player with high work enthusiasm;
- Possess good professional ethics and risk awareness, and strong goal orientation.
