Commercial Manager, Taiwan
Based in 臺北 / 臺中
Overview:
We are working with a highly accredited Global Multinational company who is a Principal Manufacturer of Pathology instruments. The organization is experiencing a phase of growth in Taiwan and they are seeking for a Commercial Business Manager to be based in Taipei / Taichung.
This role will lead the country together with the Cluster General Manager, and you will join during an exciting time for the business. This is a KEY member of the expansion plans as a Commercial Leader for devising and executing the sales strategy for the larger Taiwanese market.
You will be responsible for:
Strategy Development
- Develop a vision and strategic plan for the Taiwan business portfolio based on strong market analysis & sound industry judgement
- Work cross-functionally with the service, marketing, commercial, & distribution partners to execute your vision & plan
- Provide insight to the Regional Leadership team through field intelligence, sales reports and forecasting
- Collaborate with Regional APAC team to provide market insights & devise tactical plan to achieve greater penetration of the market
Channel Management
- Be the driver of partnerships to achieve strategic goals, profitable growth, & efficient operations in Taiwan.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.
- Ensure distributor compliance with distributor agreements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial experience in the Medical Device, Laboratory Instrumentation or Diagnostics field
- Proven leadership skills in building high-growth commercial organizations.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
- Team player & customer oriented mindset
