Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire the Corporate Finance department to achieve excellence in project execution and client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Actively pitch for opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
- Team Support: Provide hands-on support to the team as needed, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work undertaken meets the highest quality standards and complies with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Compliance: Stay proficient with relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements to safeguard the company’s reputation and integrity.
- Timely Execution: Drive the team to execute tasks expeditiously and within specified deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Holds CMSRL.
- Over 10 years of corporate finance experience, preferably with investment banks or securities firms, and a track record in IPOs.
- In-depth understanding of Bursa Malaysia listing requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
