We are now looking for a position as Business Development Manager for industrial chemical manufacture client who will responsible to client development In Indonesia region. We are now looking for a position as Indonesia Biusiness Developement Manager for industrial chemical manufacture client, with key responsibilities as below :
- Responsible for market analysis, order intake and Business Development in Indonesia
- Understand the client requirements of technical services, spares, proprietary components like Oxygen Plants, Hydrogen Plants, Clean Energy, PSA, Cold Box, PLC, etc.
- Pre-qualification for EPC tenders. Help in formulating bidding strategies and partnership with local construction companies and fabricators/suppliers.
- Engage customers to develop project opportunities, customer and market assessments and business concept/value proposition.
- Identify and collect information about new opportunities at early stage engaging customers, region business unit, Gas Business etc
- Develop opportunities & projects in Indonesia according to business development strategy, process, best-practices and standards.
- Identification of opportunities for chemical portfolio eq Green Hydrogen Business, Decarbonization, Oxygen Plants, Air Separation Units, Hydrogen & Syngas Manufacturing Units, Petrochemical Plants, Adsorption plants and LNG Processing plants.
- Key Account Manager for major petrochemical segment in Indonesia
- Co-operation with regional for common synergies and local supports.
- Direct reporting to Head of BD & Sales – ASEAN
- Run function as functional position.
We look forward for potentials talents meet requirements as below:
- Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable universities, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, Premier business school background is a plus.
- Has proven contribution in metals / chemicals/ refinery,industrial gas, chemical, oil & gas or engineering industry for at least 10+ years with experience working in equivalent positions are mandatory.
- Successful experience in management of cross-functional project teams.
- Proven contribution to work with minimum supervision,
- Willing be base at Tangerang as full time employee.
