  • Operations Administration
  • Efficiently manage and oversee day-to-day operations related to customer support, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Streamline operational processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction with our services.
  • Proactively address customer issues and concerns, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and help shape future enhancements.
  • Knowledge of Telemarketing Operations would be a plus.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences within the Vietnamese market.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to maximize retention and loyalty.
  • Provide personalized support to high-value customers, catering to their unique requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to customer management.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Service or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You have working knowledge of iGaming Knowledge and Building Team
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
