Responsibilities:
Be challenged in a full cycle of organizing an event, involving planning, preparation, logistics,
communication, pre-event, set-up, execution and post-event:● Coordinate with team members, employees, vendors, and designers to ensure the events
run their best● Support paperwork and other tasks as assigned.QualificationsRequirements:
● Fresh graduates or 3rd/4th-year students, minimum 3-month internship commitment
(Full-time is preferable)● Students majoring in Event Management, English, Business Administration, Marketing or
related majors are preferred● Passionate about Events and Communications, with a growth-centric mind and a can-do
attitude● Proficient in writing and communication skills in English and Vietnamese● Strong skills with G-Suite, project planning, vendor management,● Key characteristics: Creative – Detail-Oriented – Well-Organized – Dedicated – Integrity
