Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities.
Oversee business operation and performance and lead a team to handle review work
Monitor the timely month-end and year-end closing process and management reports
Review the overall accounting and finance operations of portfolio companies
Perform appropriate financial analysis on the management accounts to evaluate the performance of overall businesses
Assist the management team to perform business case proposal evaluation.
Prepare tax computation and handling relevant tax filing matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Professional Accountancy or any related disciplines, Master in Accounting will be a PLUS
HKICPA, ACCA, or CPAA Qualified
At least 8-10 years Audit and Commercial experience, highly preferred candidate working in Big 4 + MNC
Candidates with software development will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge and experience in Dynamic 365
Strong business sense, proven management, analytical and leadership skills
A stable working record will be a PLUS
Immediate or short notice is preferred.
The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
