Kami tidak terpaku pada jurusan yang anda ambil saat kuliah karena kami akan mengajarkan anda untuk menjadi sukses di posisi ini. Tapi, anda harus memilliki ketertarikan untuk pekerjaan yang berhubungan langsung dengan klien serta memiliki orientasi terhadap bisnis.
Anda harus memiliki sikap yang mengutamakan klien dan berorientasi pada hasil, dapat memberikan arahan, dan memiliki kecerdasan secara emosional. Anda harus mampu merangkul lingkungan wirausaha yang cepat berubah, dan sangat kolaboratif serta menunjukkan keterampilan antarpribadi dan kepemimpinan yang kuat. Selain itu, Anda juga harus memiliki koneksi luas, aktif bersosialisasi, menyukai negosiasi, serta memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
Persyaratan: * Campus internship hanya terbuka untuk mahasiswa yang memiliki kewajiban untuk melakukan program magang dari universitas.
- Bersedia menjalankan seluruh aktivitas dan program HartLogic dalam satu semester.
- Pelamar dipersilahkan untuk memasukkan lamaran 2 minggu atau 3 minggu sebelum program dimulai.
