YOUR TASKS
Local IRB & Custom Authorities/ Consultants
- Support in providing information required for annual tax return.
- Bi-Monthly reporting of accurate and timely SST payment & returns.
- Timely withholding tax payment & returns
External auditors/ reporting
- Support in statutory reporting and external audit
Vendors
- Ensure quality maintenance of accounts payable as well as compliance to PtP and procurement policies.
Banks
- Support in treasury related matters e.g. ensure adequacy of cheques to gateways for customs clearance.
Internal audit or controls
- CRISP internal control – Monthly collection of samples & conduct review with superior.
- Support in any adhoc cross function ISO/ internal / external audit where applicable.
Other Department Coordinators
- Coordinate with other departments’ coordinators to ensure T&E, Concur, Getlean, PR/PO (GRIR), Basware knowledge are imparted effectively for their execution.
- Channel vendors or staff enquiries to SSC team.
Review
- Regular review of Open PO, GRNI, AP Aging, Basware key indicators, Purchasing Compliance Results to ensure good quality of PtP.
Project Management
- Support any adhoc project/ assignment assigned by Accounting & Tax Manager as and when needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Report to Accounting & Tax Manager.
- Good interpersonal, communication, people development skills.
- Strong analytical skills, highly motivated and result-oriented.
- Software skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP).
- Experienced Accounting / Finance executive, preferably have worked with Shared Service team.
- Degree in Accounting/ Professional Certificationsuch as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
