Randstad is partnering with a locally Listed Construction and Engineering Group and the team is looking to hire a new Finance Manager to support internal controls of the Accounting & Finance department and management reporting. about the job
Financial Management and Reporting:
- Manage corporate funds, develop financial plans, and implement accounting methods.
- Oversee timely submission of accounting and management reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify risks and opportunities, develop action plans, and oversee implementation.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, legal standards, and internal policies.
Team Supervision and Development:
- Supervise and coordinate all accounting functions within the department.
- Evaluate, train, and provide guidance to team members for efficient operations.
External Stakeholder Liaison:
- Collaborate with auditors, legal advisors, financial institutions, and government bodies on financial matters.
- Coordinate with the parent company and governing institutions as necessary.
QESH Management System Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and activities outlined by the QESH Management System.
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment to its implementation within the department.
- Take accountability for its effectiveness and alignment with ISO standards.
requirement
- A recognised Degree in Accounting and Finance/Professional qualification such as ACCA/MACPA/CIMA/its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in managing all aspects of financial and accounting functions.
- Dynamic, independent and possess good managerial and analytical skills.
- Preferable a member of MIA/ACCA/MACPA/CIMA.
