Job description: Our client is from US and looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will be in charge of all Financial, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury Operations of the company in Vietnam.

This role will include but not limited to :
Tax:
- Coordinate all statutory tax filings within Vietnam.
- Serve as primary contact with regulatory authorities on tax matters
- Monitor and update corporate team of changes to regulatory environment within Vietnam.
- Ensure compliance with all tax reporting requirements.
- Understand & enforce the regulations and rules of the local/National Vietnamese Gov’t financial control bureaues as well as maximize these rules for benefit
Audit:
- Coordinate annual audit activities with external audit team.
- Provide timely response to audit findings and implement coorective actions
Treasury:
- Serve as primary contact point for banking relationships within Vietnam.
- Monitor account balances and liquidity
- Completion of cash flow management and forecasting activities
- Coordinate in country insurance coverages and claims
Accounting:
- Review and finalize the Financial Statements monthly in conjunction with the Corporate Finance Department. Provide the GM with an analysis of the monthly Financial statements
- Responsible for all monthly internal and external reporting requirements
- Management of Accounts Receivable and Payable Activities including timely processing of receipts and payments
- Management of sales price in Vietnam Tax systems
- Support as necessary to the plant on setup and execution of GAAP Issues including revenue and cost recognition.
- Review and finalize the journal entries daily
- Review the FA Module, MRP system, and ensure ongoing accuracy
- Ensure all accruals in the right accounting period. This includes Inter-Co accruals.
- Audit the ¼’ly inventory related information, assist Materials Manager investigate all major variance dollar differences.
Leadership:
- Lead the Finance Department. Coach and evaluate the Finance staff
- Other assigned duties

- Bachelor’s certification in related fields: Accounting or Finance
- Chief Accountant certification
- Minimum 5 years’s experience in Accounting or Finance and strong understanding in Financial Management
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Expertise in Product Costing & ERP Systems ( SAP, NAVISION, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Hands on with Group reporting or experienced with IFRS report

Expected salary: $30000 – 38400 per year
