What are your responsibilities?
- Enhance profile of Fund Operations, Financial Reporting, and Accounting Operations functions
- Standardize business processes to improve operational performance
- Lead projects to reduce operational risk and facilitate business growth
- Manage resources and finances within budget
- Deliver scheme accounting reports and regulatory reports to clients
- Coordinate with auditors for audit signoff on financial operations of schemes
- Implement new business processes for improvements; manage organizational and technological change
- Collaborate with other teams to improve overall performance
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies
What skills/ qualification will you need?
- Bachelor degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- At least 10 years professional experience in financial services, professional service, technology or consulting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of current industry related issues
- Achievement of Client Accounting EBITDA / Financial results
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
