Job Details:
Position : R2R Specialist (Thai Speaker)
Company Industry : Food-Products Corporation (Shared Services)
Working Hours : Monday – Friday (08.30 A.M. to 05.30 P.M.)
Working Location : The Gardens South Tower, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.
Working Mode : Hybrid – 3 days Office, 2 days WFH
Working Duration: Contract with PERSOLKELLY until 31 December 2024
Remuneration : Basic salary range RM5,000 to RM 7,000 (based on experience) with statutory contribution + language allowance + leave entitlement
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business
- At least 2-4 years in R2R accounting or reporting related function for multi national companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
- Experienced in SAP added advantage
- Good command of English and Thai in reading and writing.
- Able to start in short notice
- Open only for Malaysian
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver the General Accounting/reporting activities performed in their cluster are compliant
with the Group core model and with the local rules
- Assist team lead to execute the closing options validated by the Finance Director
- Deliver the management and statutory accounts of all CBUs on time, and fully compliant with the group rules or local GAAP.
- Ensure that the monthly reporting and bi annual consolidation packages are reviewed and
validated by the Finance Directors before submission
- Provide all necessary support to the GL & Reporting team lead to ensure that all reported
financial information is correct
- Perform integrity checks of interfaces fueling the accounting system, and follow up resolution
of issues
- Perform local GAAP watch for in charge CBU
- Perform effective internal control system in the accounting and closing process in place
