- We are looking for Finance Manager – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to CFO
- Perform financial controlling and training of accounting teams in HK, Vietnam, Bangladesh & Indian offices for the role of management accounting
- Support in the implementation of accounting system in new factories in Vietnam & Bangladesh
- Act as an internal auditor to perform monthly remote audit from HK office; and quarterly trip to Vietnam/Bangladesh/India factories
- Participate in M&A activities of the Group : M&A analysis, pre-due diligence, post LOI signing due diligence and be part of the transition team
- Governance participation
- IFRS implementation and coodinate with CPAs in Europe & Asian offices
- Perform the role of management advisor
- Degree Holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- Audit firm experience; financial controlling & IFRS implementation experience
- Experience in M&A and financial model creation
- Experience or ability to perform management advisor role
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Business trips is required; normally one trip per quarter
- 5 days work
