POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for cultivating and managing multi-dimensional relationships with assigned institutional financial clients/partners, encompassing both banking and non-banking entities in domestic and international markets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the corporate customer segment team domestically and internationally within the assigned management scope.
- Plan resources and budget for the target customer group.
- Strategically plan and execute customer relationships at various levels, developing target objectives and action plans to meet customer needs and maximize business opportunities.
- Efficiently manage customer satisfaction, establish customer policies, and enhance the team’s capabilities and VNDIRECT’s business capacity in the target market.
- Participate in specialized tasks within the assigned customer group management’s value chain.
- Contribute to building and improving customer relationship reporting systems, partner ranking assessments as assigned by direct leadership. Provide reports on effectiveness, warnings, and detailed execution reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, or related fields.
- Preferably possess relevant financial certifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA).
2. Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in large financial institutions (banks, investment funds, etc.) in capital sourcing, financial structures, large corporate customers, and business development.
3. Skills
- KYC (Know Your Customer) skills – understanding and analyzing customer needs.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills for customers.
- Evaluation skills and identification of business opportunities in the institutional financial market.
- Coordination skills.
- Support promotion skills.
- Knowledge of transactions.
- Proficient in using digital systems/tools.
