In this role, you’ll ensure the company’s economic well-being and financial stability, serving as a key liaison between executive management and the accounting department.Location:Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamResponsibilities:As a Finance Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Fixed Asset Management: Coordinating asset inspections, processing FA and ROU requests, monitoring budget spending, and generating reports.
- General Accounting and Reporting: Managing the general ledger, processing period end adjustments, and financial reporting.
- Planning and Management Accounting: Conducting cost accounting, project costing, and controls, including provisions for inventory obsolescence, warranties, and inter-departmental allocations.
- Forecasting and Budgeting Activities: Preparation of templates and inputting data into Hyperion.
- Year-End Activities: Processing accruals for external vendor invoices, preparing schedules for the consolidation team, and facilitating year-end rollover in SAP.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders, or minimum 5 years of relevant experience for non-degree holders.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business users.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with coworkers.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in Finance Reporting from at least one of the following backgrounds:
- Singapore company such as (Mapletree, Keppel land, Capital land, Grab…)
- MNC operating in Vietnam (Accenture…)
- Experience working with Singapore clients.
