Job description: [Vietnamese only]*RESPONSIBILITIESProject operationsCollect personal docs submitted by new hires or current associates in case of missing documentsPay-slip delivery and timesheet reconciliationArrange working schedule for associates as assignedRegularly manage employee dataEmployee relation catch up and follow up associates’ basic issues of document and sort it out as MP’s procedures and processManage filing personal documents of all associates.Support SMUI and PIT matters including collecting info, claim, registration….Handle all project assignments from time to time at client siteMeet associates to settle issues /Periodical catch up with associates as assignedTimesheet calculationData managementManage and control Master data for all associates of staffing service, to be updatedFollow up to collect associate’s personal profiles, scan, filling, and update data in both hard and soft copiesCross check with PIC of insurance to update employee’s SI book & MI card No./ info into master dataOnboarding preparation/ processContact with new hire for collecting data & guide them with preparation of on boarding documentsPrepare offer letter, labor contract for new hire, appendix for extension/ adjustment if anyConfirm the new hire list to insurance consultant for new hire registration includes compulsory & private health insuranceUpdate full personal info of associates, include banking account detail into master data and reconfirm with consultant monthly, to make sure the correction of salary payment into correct bank accountRegister tax code for new hire, follow up to get Tax code & update into master data.Register defendants for associates, follow up results, update to master data and record supporting documents*REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have at least college’s degree in HR or related fields.
- 1 – 2 years of professional experience in HR/ Administration
- Solid on-site experience.
- Excellent customer mindset
- Can – do attitude
- English: intermediate
