Job Responsibilities
– Maintain client database and profile, contact and support all client’s requests regarding the covers of insurance contract – Retain/ increase renewal premium or new premium from renewal business – Prepare offers, and quotations, and negotiate with insurers to arrange renewal – Follow-up and manage outstanding premium of assigned accounts – Proceed with cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets – Initiate and maintain customer service activities to improve customer trust and loyalty – Cooperate with relevant Department in risk surveys, risk management activities, and other services for clients – Develop new businesses on assigned insurance classes/lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels – Other tasks as required.
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
– Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Business Administration or Insurance is preferable – Experiences: At least 2 years of experience as Sales Staff or Business Development Staff in the non-life insurance industry, especially in property, liability, healthcare – Language: English – Business Level – Others: + Confident, dynamic, and very proactive, decision-making and critical thinking + Self-motivated, initiative, maintains a high level of energy + Accuracy and attention to details + Tolerant and flexible, adjusts to different situations
Expected salary: 12000000 per month
