- Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, plans, and processes to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough testing of software products, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with the development team to address and resolve issues.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross- functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Monitor and analyze QA metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Design and plan the risk level judgment and QA method for each project.
