Job description: Job DescriptionYOUR MISSION: As your products are produced at your suppliers’ site, you develop your supplier‘s expertise to produce good quality products within short lead times and at low cost.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work out with buyers in headquarter to get orders and forecast.
- Manage the capacity and production planning of your suppliers.
- Manage and optimize components stock supply and ensure a reliable stock to answer the forecast.
- Work out with suppliers to obtain the best possible leadtime and delivery plan.
- Problem solving for daily tasks to ensure your job.
- Ensure the input of reliable data price/cost and lead-time in the system.
- Incharge and pilot the activitiy performances: turnover, margin, performance.
- Strongly ensure the continuous improvement of your suppliers, your perimeter.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in supply, manufacturing, merchandiser jobs.
- High team spirit: we‘re working as a bonded team and not a lonely champion.
- Open-minded is your nature.
- Strong willingess to learn and continuously improve your skills.
- Strong experiences in Suppliers management.
- Very good at analytical skill and Excel.
- High sense of details and performance oriented.
- Advantage for you if: you have experiences in Ball, backpack process.
- Advantage for you if: you are a footballer or basket-baller.
- Advantage for you if: you speak French.
