Job Description
Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the finance team.

Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, establishing realistic and achievable targets.
- Monitor budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop actionable budgetary guidelines.
- Optimize cash flow to support both daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Implement effective working capital management practices to maximize liquidity.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements according to relevant accounting standards.
- Maintain the integrity of financial data and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage the external audit process and build strong relationships with auditors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead due diligence efforts for potential mergers and acquisitions.
Strategic Partnerships & Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, board members, and external partners.
- Effectively communicate financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
The Successful Applicant
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Deep understanding of risk management and compliance best practices.
