Position: Development and Industrialization Production Leader (IDPL)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Development
- Coordinate the sample development between HQ and the factory
- Control and validate the quality of your samples
- Build and Manage the Development Planning
2. Purchase
- Negotiate the price of your products
- Analyse the cost breakdown of the products
- Make quotations on new products to expand your business
3. Industrialization
- Optimize the first production to ensure the quality and the technicity of the mass production
- Follow up and support the factory to improve production efficiency
- Continuous improvement
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Your passion and love for Sports.
- You have about 05 years of experience, with a strong expertise in Textile Garment Quality Management.
- You show remarkable leadership skills.
- You speak Vietnamese & good English communication skills
- Your punctual, organized, detailed, fast learning, and customer service mindset. You take deadlines seriously!
- Your dynamic, open-minded, creative, and positive personality. Yes, we can!
- Your ability to make a decision and take responsibility in your role.
- Your love to be on the field. You will work closely with the product at the production site in Thai Nguyen and Hai Duong at least 3 days/week. There will be a shuttle bus for transportation.
- Your mobility: You can move/work in many places and many countries.
