- The job entails spearheading global and local HR strategies, managing budgets, compensation and benefit, talent acquisition and retention, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing the HR team in alignment with organisational objectives.
- 5+ years of HR management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Vietnam Labor Law.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
