As a Business Development Associate, you will work with the team to help drive growth of Youthmanual.com through online guerilla tactics as well as conventional and also paid/organic digital marketing methods.
- Fresh graduates or current college students
- Ability to keep up with fast pace digital startup culture
- Passionate in empowering Youth and creating a positive social impact.
- Fast learner, self-starter with CAN DO attitude.
- Fluent in Internet world with familiarity in basic digital marketing tactics.
- Highly observant, thinks out of the box, opinionated, not afraid of hate-comments
- Hard working, self-motivated, and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in the online world.
- Has good communication skills and comfortable with approaching strangers.
