- Support training organization (Pre – During – Post Training)
- Support Bosch Training Center in training events organized in Vietnam & Region (such as training material designing & delivery, send communication to stakeholders, support and guide visitors, participants…),
- Data maintainance & reporting by frequency (daily, weekly, monthly…)
- Support other admin tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period (3rd/4th year student majoring in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade…)
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Interpersonal skills, Time and Task Management skills
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
- Have experience with designing and analytical skill is a plus
- Eyes for details, good organization skills and logic thinking
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
