Japanese accounting service companyJOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Servicing Japanese client
- Ensure client’s financial records, employee pay, and tax filings are accurate and follow Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Japanese Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (JP GAAP).
- Track the arrival of client documents to keep the service running smoothly and on schedule.
- Provide translation support for Vietnamese accountants and other departments when necessary.
- Handle administrative duties, including creating proposals, contracts, debit notes, purchase orders, and similar documents.
- Accounting and tax package
- Support on specific services like M&A deal reviews and due diligence.
- Provide clients with ongoing accounting and tax support.
- Perform further tasks assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have a Bachelor degree
- Japanese (at least N2); English (Intermediate)
- Eager to gain knowledge in accounting and tax
- Prior experience in accounting and tax a valuable asset (but not mandatory).
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Japan Book-keeping Certificate II holder is preferred, but not mandatory.
